Finance Administration Assistant

To meet the demand of an influx of new work, we are looking to recruit a Finance Administration Assistant to join our busy team who specialise in providing accounting and payroll services to the dental profession. The role will require someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines.

Job specification

  • Preparing monthly bills for payroll purposes
  • Completing various financial administrative tasks
  • Assisting and supporting senior members of the team

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Confident at working with figures
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently whilst being part of a team
  • Display enthusiasm and passion with a can-do attitude
