Franchise Team

Based in our Moreton office on the Wirral, the Franchise Department offers a wealth of accounting and commercial experience with over twenty years experience in the franchise sector.

Philip Harrison

Phil is the partner responsible for the Franchise Department and has the responsibility of ensuring that all areas of the work are carried out to agreed timescales and co-ordinating the different members of the Morris & Co Team.

Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Taxation and I.T. Faculties.

Stuart Masters

Stuart heads our franchise department and is responsible for co-ordinating the processing of information and the timely production of management information.

Stuart qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 1997 and has experience both in the profession and in industry which included a position of financial controller responsible for retail franchises.

Jenny Collins

Jenny is our Taxation Manager and co-ordinates the preparation of companies corporation tax computations, returns to the Revenue etc., and more importantly assists with planning to legally minimise the burden of taxation.

Support Staff

Morris & Co employ some 60 people ranging from trainees to qualified accountants and as well as various support staff.
