Morris & Co have won a national award from the Royal Mail for their direct marketing campaign aimed at dentists throughout the North West. Despite fierce competition, they won a regional finalist place in the New Business Category.
The three-part direct mail campaign was designed to increase business among the dental profession in the North West - an area of work that the firm has particular expertise in. Initially a letter was distributed to more than 1,000 dentists. This was followed with an information piece advising practices that dental nurses could get tax relief on the cleaning or their uniforms.
The final communication was a newsletter and fax back form. The cost effective campaign brought in 30 new clients to the practice and 70 hot leads. The Royal Mail, through the Winning Post Awards, offers companies with less than 200 employees the chance to compete for the national award for direct mail.
