Limited Company Audits
Under Audit Regulations all Company Directors must ensure that where appropriate, their annual accounts are correctly prepared and audited by a duly registered firm. Morris & Co., is a Registered Auditor and all our directors are experienced in this field and fully conversant with all new legislation.
The imposition of the regulations has meant an added cost for the audit of limited company accounts being imposed, but we can assure you of our best endeavours to keep this as low as possible, whilst doing our work accurately, efficiently and competently.
Those companies which qualify for exemption from an Audit still have to file Accounts which show a true & fair view in the required format and the Directors take responsibility for this. Morris & Co. can ably assist the Directors to fulfill this responsibility.
