Edward Greeves
Edward looks after family companies, owner managed businesses and professional partnerships. Edward frequently assists in strategic planning, tax planning and tax mitigation for these businesses.
Edward is married with two children and has plenty of outside interests including golf, sailing and skiing.
Alan Bailey
Alan is a Chartered Accountant with wide ranging experience in General Practice particularly working with owner managed businesses. Alan looks after small and medium sized companies and businesses and also professional partnerships, he takes care of all their taxation and accountancy issues. Alan is married and his main interest is gardening.
Bill Benoy
Bill has more than fifteen years experience in general practice providing accounting and taxation support and advice largely to owner managed and family businesses. He has particular expertise in dealing with new business start-ups and in the property sector and is a member of the firm’s forensic accounting and litigation support department. Bill qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and is a member of the Taxation and Audit Faculties of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as being a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses.
Steve Barker
Steve qualified in 1974 and is a member of the ICAEW Tax and Audit Faculties and its Healthcare Group. He heads the firm's Specialist GP Accounts Department and advises on all matters pertaining to GP accounts, finance and taxation.
Janet Carr
As well as acting for a general portfolio of clients Janet specialises in acting for charities. She is also an Audit Regulation Partner and oversees the day to day running of the Payroll Department. Janet qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. She is a member of the Tax Faculty, the Charity & Voluntary Sector Group and the Solicitors Group of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a Member of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners.
Phil Harrison
Phil is the partner responsible for the Franchise Department and has the responsibility of ensuring that all areas of the work are carried out to agreed time scales and co-ordinating the different members of the Morris & Co team. Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Taxation and IT Faculties.
Desirie Lea
Desirie is a Chartered Certified Accountant with a number of years post qualified experience in general practice dealing mostly with small/medium sized businesses and start-ups. She also specialises in sage accounts training focusing on the particular needs of the client.
Nick Ledingham
Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Over the years he has had experience of acting for many different types of client but he has particular expertise in acting for dentists and other professionals. He is a Past Chairman of the Chester & North Wales Society of Chartered Accountants. He also regularly acts as an Expert Witness in various financial matters. He is married, lives on the Wirral, and his principal interests revolve around the water, particularly sailing.
